All the staff are kind, caring and will stop for a quick chat if I want that. They are also very professional in their duties. My room is extremely well laid out and has everything one could wish for.

The staff are very attentive. The entertainment, food and information is excellent. Really enjoy complimentary therapy. Love the new Tai Chi group.

Thank you for your feedback. We continue to look at what can be offered on different days. Unfortunately, at the present time whilst we have complimentary therapy on a Tuesday, we are limited with space to offer more than one type of therapy.

Thank you for your feedback. Wellbeing @Cynthia Spencer is undergoing some changes regarding the sessions offered from the beginning of 2019. Over the coming weeks the sessions offered will vary and there will be more on offer in the afternoons.
