Very helpful information given that other organizations did not give excellent caring people.
My daughter the patient would like the Welsh lady to ring her on, so she can thank her personally for her help. The patient asked me the other night to find out who she was.

My brother-in-law was told he was terminally ill in a general hospital. He was distressed and worried and very uncomfortable. As soon as he arrived here he accepted that his end was near, the peace and the care he received gave my husband back his brother. They have spent quality time together and we have been able to find out all his wishes and he is now at peace. We are all eternally grateful to everyone here. A special mention to the volunteers/

Instant help whenever I needed it.
When I had a coughing fit in the night, somebody was there immediately seeing if she could help at all, before I could ring the bell!
All the staff are so naturally kind and considerate.

Does not need improving the care is fantastic the way it is, the carers are wonderful, the nurses are so caring and gave me the insight on what to expect on death, so I was prepared. A great service which I will gladly support with a donation.

Easy to get on the phone. Everyone very friendly. Insufficient parking for numbers attending the site. Public transport not an option as I live 25 miles away.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that parking is limited and the amount of parking will fluctuate depending on the days that we have training. We have reminded those who attend training sessions to park at the local public house who allow us access to their car park.
