On the occasions a hospice nurse was here looking after my husband. It enabled me to have a break. I was able to go to church knowing he was safe and being cared for. Just before his death the care given made him comfortable. My problems were listened to. More visits would have been helpful.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the frequency of visits. We are working with other services to try and ensure we receive referrals earlier, this would allow us to offer more visits to patients.
