I cannot praise you enough. The hospice at home team came to us in the last week of our pad's life and we cannot thank them enough. We did not know about this service, but they gave both us and our dad, great care and support at a very sad and difficult time. For weeks we had felt very alone in supporting our dad, but from the very first visit they showed great care and support for not only our dad, but for us too. We are so grateful, these ladies do a very valuable job. .Thank you so much!
