Everyone's attitude is great, nothing is too much trouble and the patient is dignified throughout a frightening time in their life. Family is also shown this dignity and respect and made to feel welcome to come and see their loved ones at any time. The only area for improvement is that staff remember this is our beloved family, member and if we ask for something to be done or not to be done wishes are respected and not ignored.
