One to one communication and helpful suggestions were good. Not so good were the waiting time for an assessment appointment (3 months) and a packed car park.

Thank you for your feedback. We accept that waiting times have been too long due to vacancies within the team. We have now successfully recruited staff and waiting times should start to reduce.
