The care provided was immediate which meant mum's wishes were honoured to the full, as a family we felt mum received the best care she could and was { } with dignity and kindness throughout. All staff ensured mum was truely involved/communicated with whenever possible and for us as carers and her daughter care was explained across the family, we could not have asked for more!
