The ladies that run these sessions are an absolute joy! Even though we have had to do them all on line, they are still able to make them personal, patient and connected, they are so inclusive with everyone. I actively looked forward to the weekly meetings, and always feel so uplifted at the end. My sister always comments on how much I seem to laugh while doing them, I think this goes along way to making us feel better, and laughter shouldn't ever be underestimated. They have helped me understand what I need to do to help myself, no mean feat, as i have been known to be rather resistant. The only thing that would make them better, is being able to do them face to face.
