From the GP to the health care professional to the drug delivery drivers;they could not have done more than we needed them to do. The ambulance to take Mum to the hospice did not arrive when we were told it would. I had to threaten calling 999 to the switch board operators. The ambulance staff were unaware of the problems on their level.
