All staff were extremely kind, compassionate and caring. They helped support us a family and were aware of our needs too, especially my younger sister who has learning difficulties.

Suggested improvements
I found having to go and get the meds for the morphine drived hard as I am a recovered addict. But I was the only family member with a car and my sister was isolating from spain so could not came with me mum was on the driver for 2 weeks so I made many tips. I have 3 + years so briety but did feel this was inappropriate for me at times to have to get the meds.

Thank you for your review and I am glad you found our support helpful, albeit Covid caused unwelcome difficulties. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager.
