The staff and doctors have recognized spiritual/faith weeds less so though vicars.
They approach the family when they are spending precious time with loved one without asking if now is appropriate.
The staff and doctors are much more respectful and thoughtful.
The respite kindness and care given is exemplary. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We have ensured that our chaplaincy volunteers are reminded to be mindful when family are present and to ensure they ask permission before they enter the room.
