Once we received this service it was brilliant it was a shame it was in the last week of mum's life. The staff were brilliant and I completely trushed them. We ensured same of the funeral money went to this be cause we were so impressed.
Suggested improvements
The actual service could not have done more. They reacted very quickly once we were refered. I understand it is for very end care and we appreciated this so much. You could not do more.
