The system works very well once you find out how to get in to it. At the beginning there is not enough information to those members who do not know what to do or whom to contact. Once you find all this out, it works very well. Understand I am 78 years old.

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuing to work with services in the community and GP’s to ensure they refer to Hospice at Home at the appropriate time.
