Up to the time of the patient's short stay we had experienced disjointed care, wrong diagnosis etc. We feel that perhaps wrongly that the patient has been the victim of a system that has had "no mother of father" since David Riley and his team and those in Tabbot ward became involved we have has superb care, really felt that we were experiencing caring, professional, joined up care despite our personal loss, we at least now have some positive memories and we all thank you for that's what a pity 5 months were wasted.
