I have been attending this Clinic for a while as had Breast Cancer complications with swelling, cellulitis and chronic pain, these names I am providing are the ladies I have seen up till now Jayne My Lovely Nurse and Julie the lovely lady I speak to regularly for my appointments. These two ladies are a credit to the NHS. They are both especially good with my vulnerability as I am not feeling great most of the time, but they reassure me by telephone (Julie) that I will be safe and secure visiting this unit. Julie has a very soothing voice when she is on the phone to me so I have great confidence. Jayne is the most caring and compassionate Nurse I have seen through this pandemic. She is so very lovely and amazing at her job as feel the effects of the treatment that she has provided to me so far. She is especially good at securing my entry to the unit also as not very confident however this has now become a lot better with her caring nature. These two ladies are all I have met so far. I have more treatment to follow in July so will have other ladies from this unit which I am sure will follow in Jaynes guidance when I arrive and begin the treatment. What amazing awesome lovely ladies. A huge clap from my home to them.

Suggested improvements
Omg nothing/ nowt as hubby would say in his Yorkshire accent. They are doing the most wonderful job at this unit.
