Staff exemplary in all departments in particular Ray, with bathing in the morning.
Nothing to improve carewise, however TV system beyond useless!!

Thank you for your feedback about the staff which is very pleasing to hear. Unfortunately our TV system is not working as it should and we are doing what we can with the TV manufacturers to rectify the problem, this is taking longer than anticipated.
