Not a very good experience for me or my late husband.
Staff did not seem to have any idea of "needs" that either the patient or "carer" - family.
In fact one of your staff had to be asked to leave she was totally out of order and extremely overbearing, very rude, more of a pest.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Hospice at Home team. We cannot find any evidence of a member of the Hospice at Home team being requested to leave a patients home. If you have concerns that it was one of the Hospice at Home nurses that was overbearing, please get in contact with the Service Manager on 01604 678033 who would be willing to talk through this with you.
