Suggestions:
The conservatory. Its unavailable for use which is such a shame. We had family here and it would've been nice to go out there and sit where we could talk privately and they could play while adults discussed care, if it was cleaned up inside and unlocked during the day it would get so much more use. Having spoken to someone they said the cleaners have time at the moment to refresh it. Other families have mentioned it too.

Thank you for your feedback. The conservatory is available for use at any time if patients or visotrs ask the staff. Unfortunately the conservatory is extremely cold in inclement weather as there is no heating source, and this would be the only restriction causing the conservatory to be out of use.
