My mums care was personalized and the progress she made incredible. We did not think she was going to make it when she was in KGH. But she is pain free, getting out and walling slightly it only took the hearts 1 week. The only 'issue' was the reception team (volunteer) maybe they was not welcoming they made you feel awkward. Rude at times (reception only).
