1) The qualities outlined i questions 3,4,5 and 6. 2) The opportunity for some respite knowing that we could rely totally on the expertise of the nurse/nursing assistant. 3) It would have been good to have more notice of when someone was available but realize it's difficult to manage this. 4) Cannot speak too highly of Louise who probably saved my sanity - also 5) Leah on the phone who was so reassuring and helpful when contacting us to offer help.

Thank you for your feedback and for the suggestion regarding more notice of visits. Our team assess daily as to the needs of the patients they have on their caseload and will try and contact families as soon as they can offer a shift. We will continue to work on how we can inform patients and families earlier as to when a shift could be offered.
