He was treated with great care and compassion.

Find hours of my husbands life were very distressing and would have been less traumatic of help would gave arrived before { }.

Thank you for your feedback. It is good to hear about the care and compassion provided by the Hospice at home team. The team will try and provide care in a timely manner, and we will continue to work on how we can ensure care is provided as quickly as possible. It is difficult to determine from this review whether the 'rapid response' team was involved in your husbands care, and potentially this is where the delay may have occurred, if so this is a service provided by a different organization. We will continue to work as different providers to provide the best possible and timely response to patients and their carers.
