Mature staff who clearly knew how to conduct themselves when in our home environment. Very caring and professional. Always listened to any concerns and always endeavoured to address any issues with other agencies when this was possible. Staff always in uniform and well presented, good listening skills and allowed time for myself and mu husband to talk - very caring to my husband and I knew when I went out and he was the care of any of your staff, he would be well cared for carers knew whom he wanted to talk and also respected whom he did not want to speak. Excellent service. :-)
