Friendly kind considerate wonderful lovely people. These people knew exactly what to do and when to do it - from talking to me (who was under much stress and very tired and worried) to making me smile. Talking to Arthur re-assuring him - loving him - holding our hands - without without asking especially when the going was getting had. Respect and dedication given at every step of the way we could not have asked for more. Thank you all.
