Knowledgeable staff prepared to give time. Initially sorting out referral was hand, no one seemed to wait to do it, especially NGH breast care nurses- I said no services locally. GP nurse finally sorted it out.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the referral process was difficult, unfortunately this is not something we have any control over. GP's and the local hospital teams are fully aware as to how to refer to the Lymphoedema service.
