The care for my mother (the patient) has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and mum's needs have always been the priority. The extra support from the volunteer acupuncture and aromatherapy have been very beneficial. The only worry we've had is at night time when mum was too weak to press the button and too weak to call loudly - she panicked if no one came straight away.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the call bell. We do have different call bells available, so would like to apologise if these options were not offered. Our nursing team have been reminded to ensure that patients were offered a suitable call bell based on their needs or preferences.
