All staff gave first class attention in all aspects. Kindness and care was very evident and nothing was too much trouble. A small nuiance was having to share TV controller, meals without exception were of the highest order, well varied and served and appetising. Both Mandy and Carlton ward are a great to the NHS and a shining example of good care and attention in all aspects.
