Continuity of care is very good and helps me cope with my illness. The care that Nurse Jo gives is excellent and reliable. An improvement would be that as the unit is getting busier then additional nursing help is needed. An observation on one occasion was whilst Nurse Jo was very busy and needed assistance other nurses ignored the situation.
