I have been under the care of Jade Siriyatorn for an Achilles tendon injury. Right from the start Jade treated me like an intelligent adult and gave me simple exercises to do at home. I followed Jade's advice throughout and this proved most helpful and my condition continued to improve to the extent I was able able to trek again in the Nepal Himalaya without undue discomfort. This was largely due to Jade encouraging me to follow her "instructions"! I have been treated by another health authority's physiotherapists who were very unsatisfactory. Being looked after by you was a very positive move. Thank you Jade. Keep looking after your patients as well as you have helped me. You are a star. Great service.

Tina W is a lovely lady and the best carer I have met ever and due to language barrier, she was very patient to explain every single question again and again with smiles and tried her best to let me understand everything. Asked a lot of questions about how to make sure baby is safe and mummy is happy. I really appreciate that as I learnt a lot of things from her about how to keep baby safe in all occasions.

I have had a trapped nerve in my neck for a few months, with loss of feeling in 2 fingers and pins and needles, also some weakness in my left hand and pain down my arm. I was referred to swims, had an MRI of my neck and referred to Coventry to a specialist.

I can’t complain about any of my care and treatment. It has been a lengthy process from being referred.

The doctors treating me were polite, reassuring when I was nervous and helped keep me relaxed. We all had a lovely time and I felt safe the entire time.
