I recently received short-term community nurse and physiotherapy services at home following a stay in hospital. I cannot fault the level of care I received, from phone calls to home visits. Physiotherapy home visits were always followed up with a phone call, and further visits made when required. I always felt re-assured, and exercises were well illustrated with accompanying videos. Whenever I rang the service with a query it was dealt with respectfully and efficiently.
