The most significant aspect of the care as soon as I arrived was the complete difference in approach with all members of staff- ward manager Staff nurses nurses hygienist cooks and of course doctors too. It was an approach which I dont think I had seen before in the NHS. There were one or two uneasy moments but these were forgotten by supreme standards in so many other zones
