Good - quiet dignity, non intrusive and it was lovely. Thoroughly reccomend for any job it may apply for. Improve - he must not change his ways and therefore nothing can be improved.

Generally good, Little problems like putting the nurses call bell & other things in a reachable position! Ward too cold.

Consistency of midwife who gave antenatal care. Flexible approach - allowed me an extra appointment before discharge.
