Improved: Window blinds in ward.
Some heating on these cold mornings would be very welcome. Patients and nurses complain of the cold. It is miserable.
Happy with my care.
The nurses were very friendly and helpful.
I'm very happy with midwife's care and from the Warwick hospital team. I think the individual care is very good and customized and at the moment I don't see anything to improve.
They have been very good to me.
Any help that I have needed they have given. They are all very patient.
Nice and experienced midwives, or lot of food advices.
Very attentive and supportive.
All the nursing staff are superb and the ward is extremely well run, in spite of the fact that most of the patients need a great deal of care, as aresult the staff are over worked.
I am suprised to hear that the ward was bril in the 70's-without double glazing-So the patients are extremely cold morning and evening.
Nurses extremely helpful and kind. Many thanks.
Very attentive, very supportive.
