First time I have seen this nurse she was kind and understanding an did the dressing to a high standard.

The nursing team are friendly and helpful. They have explained clearly what will happen in terms of my care and ensured that I understood the care plan. The service could be improved by an easier transition from district nurses to practice nurses as trying to organize appointments was difficult. However, the overall service is excellent.
