My experience allowed to be empowered about choice of types of care and felt still in control of what treatment I felt was the best for me.
The care I had was excellent and the nurse and I had a good end result.
Suggested improvements
Only improvement was on a couple of occasions the nurse didn't turn up but I was informed she was coming.
