I was first visited by Wendy following abdominal surgery - she was very friendly and gave me and my wife all the information and reassurance we needed.
We were then visited by the nurses with Brookside surgery and they were fantastic.
A great experience with my care in the community.

District nurses visit to change my leg dressing. They are all so friendly, chatty and cheerful.
I am very happy with the care I’m receiving.
A special mention for Emma who did my first visit and introduced the service.
