I felt everyone really cared that I got better and was encouraged to help myself, all people seemed interested in me as a person.

Nothing really - The food wasn't good but it is not an easy catering job.

The day staff were good, very helpful, patient & caring but some of the bank staff that came on duty at night certainly varied.

More staff, of course, would be the solution to let of the problems, especially running the day - felt so sorry for the staff some days when under a lot of pressure trying to do a good job.
