Nicola is an amazing health visitor I have never experienced anyone like her, she has been so helpful with all my questions and concerns. She has given me so much information I am new too and I am so grateful for that. She has also reassured me that there is plenty of support available if I need it. She has given me information on classes, face to face ones and also online ones, she has made me more aware of things I should look out for etc. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. This is exactly what I wanted when I had my first child but I had to learn and find things myself, whereas with Nicola I feel she has covered so much in such few visits as a parent it’s what you want. She has spend a lot of time with myself and also asked questions about my older child which has been amazing

Staff at this clinic provided excellent and friendly service. Physiotherapist helped my recovery after a broken ankle. She was both professional and friendly.

My stay has been exceptional. I have been treated with the utmost care & respect. I have benefited from my stay in many ways. Not just physically, but thanks to the interaction of the lovely staff. I have gained in confidence, self worth & communication with them. This ward is a valuable asset to the community & the NHS. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me.
