This is without doubt the best service I have received to date. I had previously had insoles within the NHS but hadn't realised I'd fallen off the list and hadn't had great service before this. This time around, Joan at Warwick Hospital has been extremely helpful throughout the process. I have now received a pair of upgraded insoles that have better suited my issues. Joan was also able to advise me in great detail on the type of footwear I'd benefit from going forward for both work and leisure. I'm very hopeful the combination of the correct insoles with a considerable lift on one leg and the more suitable footwear should have a big impact on my day to day pain levels.

The signage for the Orthotics department is non-existent and the the staff in the outpatients reception were not aware of Joan's room either!!!
