From my initial consultation, which was very informative and relaxed to the actual procedure where I felt well at eased. The staff have provided me wth a gret service with all the currect does not and gloomers out there I found the NHS still providing an excellent service for me.
Suggested improvements
My only gripe is the distance I had to travel to receive my treatment, I live in Atherstone. On the day of the procedure it took just under an hour to get to Rugby with rush hour traffic.
