my condition is not in the list. I have had a heart attack,lung diease and nerve pain. My answers are for the Heart Failure Service.

I found everything about the service excellent.The Nurse I always saw was very friendly and helpful and was always there when needed.I have been treated excellently by all the Cardiac team at Warwick.
