Staff are always willing to help if I have any concerns and follow it up for me - nothing is too much trouble. Always cheerful friendly and polite.
Suggested improvements
I would prefer if they could say morning or afternoon us it as sometimes we have stayed in all day and my dad has missed some clubs that we attend for his well being. I appreciate it could be difficult but its a shame that he misses it sometimes.
