The Physio therapist, Lea was excellent, thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring diligent good listener to prepare workable and convenient care plan for my needs. The standard and quality of care by staff differed as there were different members daily. Some were excellent others fair or good. We didn't know what else, apart from personal care the staff were allowed to do? In my opinion, overall, we found the service very useful. It saved one hospital admission, costs and the Hassel for partner and family to visit hospital. Excellent provision and service.

Upon fall in bath, the Ambulance crews attended fairly quickly. Excellent. Was weekend so I remained in extreme pain and discomfort for two days. GP informed on Monday but didn't come to examine me. The following day I phoned again. This time Duty GP excellent, came, thorough in examination, plan of care, pain killers etc. The gap of three day's between time of accident and second GP visit was crucial when no help or support was available??
