My physiotherapist was Pete and he took all the usual pre-assessment to have all the information needed to help with my problem, he was thorough and listened. He examined me with care and was gentle. This was appreciated as I had been worrying that I would be pushed beyond the pain before going to my appointment. Pete was polite and courteous. He explained what could be wrong before giving me some exercises to do at home, and asking me to come back to see how I am getting on with them. I assumed beforehand that I would just be given exercises and that would be the end. It is nice to get a follow up appointment, it doesn't leave you feeling like nobody cares or you have wasted their time. Pete was very professional but at the same time friendly.
