It was excellent as nurse explained in full details regarding safety, care, treatment. Appointment meeting was not rushed which enabled me to understand risks etc.

As I found the care/ service was in my mind excellent I do not think you could have improved in this instance.

The nurse understood all my problems and was sympathetic. It was reassuring to know that help might be forth wing.

By knowing how long I would have to wait to hear from you, but obviously you have a large careload.

The team is superb. They are very caring but also very professional, extremely well organised, they connect very well with my daughter yet also assertive and forceful when needed. We really appreciate all the support the team has provided to support our daughter in her recovery and us as a family.
