I was confused at first, about what it would be. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was easier than I thought it would be. The staff made things very clear for me.

I was most impressed. Very thorough, articulate. We felt comfortable with the staff. Our questions were answered really well.

After I made the initial call to 111 I was called back within about 5 minutes, which was impressive. I was offered a GP appointment on the same day at 12.20pm, and my only criticism would be that I had to wait until about 2pm to be seen. However, once I was with the doctor, he was thorough in his examination of me and he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very pleasant, so I was pleased with how the process went.
