I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE TIME OF RESPIRATORY REHAB MAINTENANCE WAS CHANGED WITHOUT CONSULTATION WITH THE USERS OF THIS SERVICE. THE SESSIONS SCHEDULED FROM 2.30 TO 3.30 CUT INTO ONE'S AFTERNOON. THE EFFORT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A VARIETY OF EXERCISES DEMANDS RECOVERY TIME . THAT WAS POSSIBLE FOLLOWING THE MORNING PROGRAMME [11-12] AND A NORMAL DAY WOULD FOLLOW.

THE TIME OF MAINTENANCE CLASSES SHOULD *NOT* HAVE BEEN CHANGED. REGULAR ATTENDANCE BY OVER 20 PERSONS WITH RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS WAS IGNORED WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE NEEDS OF THOSE REQUIRING THE SERVICE
