We thought that the counselling staff who dealt with our case were excellent. Our daughter was a slightly reluctant participant and didn't want to return after the first session. Our daughter's problem, for which the referral was made a year ago, had been dealt with in the interim.

We thought Shona and Alex were excellent.

The people I worked with were really great. I don't think all the options were fully discussed with me or explained suitably at the start of my care.
