I was seen by Lorraine Dodd= very nice friendly lady I took on board everything. She said and am very aware how about my throat and if I follow her advice I will not have anymore really bad episode. Thank you very much.

Everytime I phone receptionists polite and respectful. Appointment on the day at a time I like 'decorations stunning' best service over had you have time for patients.
