Helen was very friendly and offered me support and i was given lots of information to help me manage my health condition and onwards!
Helen also gave me so much encouragement which made me feel more confident to maintain my health condition.
I was very pleased with the friendly help and support Helen showed me and she was so kind.

Jenny and Natasha was very nice and helpful.
I felt very satisfied with them both.
I was given suggestions and information to help me and equipment like a table, hand rails to also help me with my health condition.
Also was shown and how to carry on with my exercises which i do daily and really helps me.
Suggested improvements
No improvement needed as i was thoroughly satisfied and felt they covered everything for me and to help me to carry on better through my health condition.
