Pt's brother gave feedback, "We were delighted with Elaine and the service; we had every faith in her and she was nice and kind." She spent at least two hours with him and sorted equipment, referrals to other services including physio. He is end of life now, so all this helped make him more comfortable and gave him and myself reassurance.

Crisis team was the best thing my mum had on these difficult days. One thing for sure is that she will miss u guys as she developed a strong relationship with every single nurse that visited her in our home. Best regards Balla Family
